One of the important sources of heat in the sealing water of DVE vacuum pump is the air-water vapor mixture drawn from the condenser. Lowering the temperature of the mixture can not only reduce the heat entering the DVE vacuum pump, but at the same time, as the temperature decreases, the water vapor in it will condense into water. The reduction of the vapor partial pressure increases the air partial pressure ratio, so the air concentration in the gas entering the DVE vacuum pump increases accordingly, so that the effective suction capacity of the DVE vacuum pump is improved.
At present, the widely used method is to introduce the low temperature demineralized water or cooled condensate into the air extraction pipe cooler at the inlet of the DVE vacuum pump, and the steam condensate in the mixed gas is mixed with the injected desuperheating water and recovered, non-condensing The air is pumped out by the DVE vacuum pump.
This method has the characteristics of simple layout, low investment, no rotating equipment, and maintenance-free, so it is the most economical and reliable method.
