DVE vacuum pump is an important part of the oil and gas recovery device, and its reliability determines the reliability of the device's long-term operation.
The poor installation quality of the DVE vacuum pump will directly cause system vibration, etc., which will affect the normal use of the entire device. Therefore, the correct installation and debugging of the DVE vacuum pump is very important.
DVE vacuum pump installation
a) Check the basic quality.
b) The surface of the foundation should be flattened around the installation of the shim, and the shim should be installed after the shim is in good contact with the test assembly.
c) Install the base plate.
Place the unit on the foundation with anchor bolts, and adjust the shim wedge to keep the unit level. After calibration, the anchor bolts should be tightened to prevent movement.
d) Pouring the base and anchor bolts with concrete (secondary grouting). The base must be filled, and it must be tamped and filled.
e) After the concrete has solidified (usually after a week), check whether the base and anchor bolts are unfavorably loose, then tighten the anchor bolts, and re-check the level of the pump shaft. At the same time, apply a 10~15mm thick protective layer of smooth cement mortar on the foundation, and the horns are not allowed to be exposed outside.
f) Correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft. The general practice is to adjust the motor based on the pump. When there is a gearbox between the pump and the electric motor, install the gearbox first, and then install the pump and electric motor based on it.
g) After installing the unit pipeline and accessories, the concentricity should be rechecked.
h) The pipeline should have a separate support, and the pump unit is not allowed to bear the pipeline load. The debris in the pipeline should be cleaned up.
i) After the foundation strength reaches 100%, it can be tested. Before the test run, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the mark, and test run for 4 hours according to the pump operation rules.
J) During the trial operation, the operation of each part of the pump should be fully inspected, and the trial operation record should be filled in, and then handed over to use after normal.
