As the name suggests, a vacuum valve is a valve installed on a vacuum pump or vacuum unit. Valves generally used in vacuum pumps include electromagnetic vacuum belt inflation valve, butterfly valve, water supply solenoid valve, check valve, etc.
This article briefly introduces several commonly used valves. The electromagnetic vacuum belt charging valve is used in the rotary vane vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum pump from returning oil. It is generally installed at the air inlet of the rotary vane pump and is opened and closed synchronously with the pump. , generally cannot be used in other places;
The water supply solenoid valve and check valve are mostly used in the water ring vacuum pump. One is to supply water, and the other is to prevent the backflow of the medium to prevent accidents.
Although the vacuum valve is a small piece of hardware, its important role cannot be ignored, so the following points should be paid attention to when selecting and designing a vacuum valve:
①The sealing performance of the valve is better, not only the air leakage rate at the closed part of the valve cover (also known as the valve plate) should be small, but also the air leakage rate of the valve body should be small;
②The wear resistance of valve sealing parts is better, especially the valve seat and wide cover sealing parts should be able to be used repeatedly and have a long service life;
③ The conduction capacity of the valve should be large;
④The valve material should have low saturated vapor pressure, high corrosion resistance and high chemical stability.
