Reasons for the abnormal noise of the water ring vacuum pump:
(1) The anchor bolts are loose.
(2) The installation is not accurate.
(3) The rotor is not dynamically balanced.
(4) The axial direction of the impeller is not fixed.
(5) Foreign objects fall into the water ring vacuum pump.
(6) The impeller of the water ring vacuum pump is broken.
(7) Bearing damage.
What should I do if there is abnormal noise when the water ring vacuum pump is running?
(1) Tighten the anchor bolts.
(2) Adjust the impeller clearance and axial channeling amount of the water ring vacuum pump to prevent friction.
(3) Check and detect the curvature of the shaft, and the rotor is dynamically balanced.
(4) Tighten the nut so that the shaft sleeve and the impeller are tightly combined.
(5) Remove the foreign matter in the water ring vacuum pump.
(6) Replace the water ring vacuum pump impeller.
(7) Check and replace the bearing.
