The temperature of the rotary vane DVE vacuum pump will inevitably be too high during use. The main reasons that cause the internal cavity of the rotary vane DVE vacuum pump to exceed the limit temperature are:
①Too little oil;
② Mechanical damage caused by severe pollution of the pump oil;
③Other mechanical damage;
④Ambient temperature unacceptable for mechanical pumps.

Similarly, over-temperature will also cause the burning range of flammable materials to expand, thereby creating potential accident hazards. Therefore, the oil level indicator of the DVE vacuum pump must be routinely checked. The oil level in the oil level indicator device is connected to the oil cavity of the pump oil. Pay attention to the oil level indicator and promptly replenish it when the oil is low.
Mechanical damage caused by pump oil impurities can actually be avoided by selecting various suitable pump oils for different processes and using appropriate filtering systems.
